Tinning
In the type according to the needs, suspended design. This is a very specialised technology that only a few companies in Hungary can do.
Nickel
One of the most commonly used processes in the protection of metal objects against corrosion. Electroplating provides a nickel coating and resists corrosion well. It has a mirror-like bright gloss with excellent deep reflection. We undertake surface treatment of products in suspended and mass (drum technology) finishes.
Horgany
We can also passivate the coating to the customer's requirements and in yellow, and we can also meet higher corrosion resistance requirements (iron layer) in blue compared to conventional passivation. The chemicals used for passivation are chromium 6 free. We also offer surface treatment of products in hanging and mass production.
Chrome
Decorative chrome plating, also known as bright chrome plating, makes our workpieces corrosion resistant, shiny and aesthetically pleasing to reliably resist rusting even in wet environments.
Team Plating Hungary Kft. was founded on 15 December 2010 by Eric William Joseph and Körmöczi Tibor Adrián.
The South African owner has more than 50 years of experience in this field, with successful work and production installations in many countries such as South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, India and Mauritius. He has written books on the trade and taught courses at several universities. Building on this background, we have ventured into this very complex work.
In early 2011 2 production lines were assembled.
in March our company obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications required for operation.
In April we installed our own laboratory which allowed us to carry out continuous quality control.
In September the installation of a water purification system was successfully completed, enabling the plant area to start production.
In June we started recruiting and training staff, and at the same time we started approaching potential clients.
By the end of November we had obtained all the necessary permits to start production.
Currently TPH Ltd has 14 employees and we are looking to recruit 5-6 more this year due to expansion.
We are currently in advanced negotiationsto supply copper parts for Volvo electric buses. It is a specialised job, but as Team Plating Hungary Kft. has experience in this direction we can do it properly.
Our centre is located in a 1200 square meter hall rented in the Ikarus Park in the XVI district.
2024 plans
- More efficient energy consumption and modernisation. This will be achieved by installing 2 heat pumps by 01.03.2024.
- Laboratory expansion and opening underway.
- Implementation of IATF16949 by 31.05.2024.
- Recruitment and training of new staff.
- Office, dressing rooms, laboratory, entrance, hazardous waste storage, chemical warehouse, goods warehouse renovation in progress.
- Car park + forklift renovation.
- Expanding services and making them more efficient.
- Introducing new technologies and training new and old staff to use them.
- In January 2024, we want to modernise the old Nickel line with a new, more efficient programme.
